Re-Entry Program
Roughly 1 in 3 (approx. 30–40%) youth offenders re-offend and are reincarcerated within three years of release. Our goal at Lokun is to ensure that our youth have every opportunity to transition successfully to adulthood. Our re-entry program is a whole-person approach focusing on academics, life skills, home life, and career needs.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT
Whether you’re seeking credit recovery to earn your high school diploma or you’re aiming to obtain your GED, we’re here to assist you with your academic needs.
life skills training
To aid in the transition to adulthood, we’ve crafted workshops to help teach life skills such as financial literacy, healthy meal prep, emotional regulation, and laundry.
WRAPAROUND SERVICES
Our wraparound services help to address needs outside of work and school including childcare, housing, transportation, and mental health.
mentorship
The road to success can be lonely thus mentorships are vital to your success. In addition to access to our entire team, you’ll have one-on-one support through a mentor.
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
We have partnered with a variety of employers and programs to help obtain certifications and training in a multitude of trades.
